IT WORKS!!!
-
Posting our hikes on events.twincities.com helped two hikers find us at the October 25 Swede Hollow hike! We do need addresses, for public places (grocery
stores parking lots, restaurants, parks, etc.) We will not use private residence addresses for any listings. Feel free to give us all better hike meeting information (addresses or specific intersections)!
WALKING TIP
Is your normal circuit on sidewalks or paved road shoulders? Walking on a rough, but level track requires 50% more energy than walking on a paved road; you burn more calories and build more muscle. Chances are, unless you live in the heart of the paved jungle, there are alternative walking routes all around you. Go find them!
